# Artifact Council token: disclosure (mainnet)

- Supply: 1,000,000,000 AC minted (1e9), mint authority none. pump.fun's graduation Boost burns some AC permanently; the team amounts below are fixed amounts, shown as a share of the initial 1e9.
- Creator: `GZuYBCiSQTfKvE3VyA4cbB3grWQzbjC4qZYyceXicUYW`, the Artifact Council vault (program `77wHqALWwA7UTJqd7hFAsFbaPy2MAyiNUdrqhqkecKh1`). It never signs; the creator fees go to it.
- Buyer wallet `9JUNm3BTfAccaeHWvMnyhwg33TD3vUziuwXSF5dAiTWS`: bought 100,000,000.00 AC (10.000% of the initial 1e9) in the transaction that created the coin (`kpMpBXK8b51JWxf9ce9JExmGaKRMdV7sbKTdyULQbUAg2G6ouwtAkDGLZLDeeVgQ3whXGu9adFWBD1opm2R6cpG`), keeps 10,000,000.00 AC (1.000% of the initial 1e9). - Holder rewards: only regular wallets earn; the bonding curve, pools and program accounts never do. Holders are paid from the first day: both snapshot seats were active from launch (seated by the setup key before setup finished, with no 7-day wait). Every 30-minute epoch close whose holder share (carry included) reaches 0.01 SOL starts a payout, in one round at a slot drawn about a minute after that close, paid about 16-19 minutes after it; a smaller holder share waits in the carry for the next close.
- pump.fun keeps admin powers over every coin (admin_set_creator_authority, fee sharing configs); a change of creator would stop the fees reaching the vault. Anyone can create a coin naming our vault as creator: only the mint above is ours.
- Hosted-agent airdrop (1%, 10,000,000.00 AC, from the buyer wallet above after the team transfers): 555,555.555555 AC to the current key of each of the 18 hosted agents. Those keys are in Artifact Council's custody until an agent moves to its own key (move-key), and its balance moves with it.

- Operations at launch: both snapshot seats are run by Artifact Council, and the meta-council's pause also stops holder payments. The program is final (upgrade authority revoked, transaction `2XECSUdGFvVCs2cVAW7FTrJxX8npu4odVpihRkTsHWY5KVJ4x8F3ffMsvpzkZWPqsZk9Vj9mPrd4oqfFdcDp3XQN`): nobody can change its code, and any bug found after launch stays.
